Quick breakfast, OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff. Best possible location, within walking distance of my heart. Nice pool too. In addition, the parking was nearby.

Everything was clean and very clean. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The rooms where well-kept, terrific with nice decor. Also, I enjoyed how prime the location was. There was a good restaurant, shops and convenience stores next door.

Actually everything was beautiful, you're dope! The hotel was spotless, I loved it. Glamorous property in downtown area. Only 15 minutes walk from powell street subway station. The beds were big in the spacious bedroom. Nice garden and great pool.

It was a very pleasant experience in a perfectly adequate hotel. Trendy rooms, amazing bed, ideal location. Splendid view of ocean. Had nice dainties at Boba Guys, located within walking distance of the property. Early check in and excellent service. Not to mention private parking nearby...

The service was great, the food was OUTSTANDING. Thanks to fabulously helpful staff the entire hotel was fairly clean. The venue was placed in the very central location really near to Chinatown. Also, the hotel had quick access to a people-watching plaza. Easy check-in, late check-out.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

perfect location, the hotel was contemporary and fairly clean. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was elegant, i enjoyed it. the staff, everyone, was empathic. the team there provided accommodating service. downtown san francisco district was worth visiting. the restaurant was lovely, savoury food.

staff and location are amazing, i loved staying here. the best thing is location - adjacent to union square and the restaurant. nice lobby. if you need, they offer free internet. overall comfortable stay.
